Davis Family Dental offers several different payment options to meet any budget. Taking care of you and your family is our highest priority. If you have any questions about billing, please ask one of our staff members about your options.
- A 5% discount is offered to patients who pay with cash or personal check on the day of service.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards.
- Short/Long term payment plan options are available through a healthcare credit card, CareCredit.
Davis Family Dental is committed to providing the best possible care to all of our patients. However, we do not have any direct relationship with your insurance company. The type of dental insurance you have is determined by you, and/or your employer. We accept any reimbursement from your insurance company, but you are responsible for the remaining balance. We will help in any way to make sure you receive the maximum coverage from your dental insurance.
Dental insurance typically covers 30% to 50% of the fees for treatment and procedures. It is common for an insurance company to reimburse you at a lower rate than the actual fee, stating the treatment fee is higher than the usual, customary, reasonable (UCR) fees recognized by the company.
If your insurance company needs an estimate of the cost of work, we will provide you with a pre-treatment estimate.
